Client Onboarding Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze contracts and project documentation to define scope and requirements.
  • Review client configurations during quality assurance and create technical build specifications.
  • Configure accounts, platforms, and products, including user provisioning and authentication setup.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve eligibility and provider ID errors, ensuring compliance with EDI standards.
  • Lead onboarding meetings, document important decisions, and keep partners aligned.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Our client Onboarding Consultant I ensures a smooth and successful onboarding experience for clients by managing end-to-end implementation projects. You will translate business requirements into technical configurations, sets up platforms and products, and guides clients through go-live. It emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company standards. You will report to the Client Onboarding Supervisor.


Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation platforms.
  • Commitment to promoting an inclusive, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
