Client Delivery Analyst

You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Delivery Lead.

• The role will involve joining the Client Delivery Team to deliver product configurations and deployment of Acquisition and Originations products to Clients.
• While the role will focus on specific projects supporting key Experian products in which you will become a Subject Matter Expert, you will also be expected to work cross-product with different Business Units to identify and exploit synergies
• Your role will involve working in close collaboration with other team, both onshore and offshore to ensure we have a strong collaborative approach and meet the client's expectations.
• You will be responsible for the delivery of builds following client derived specifications and requirements supporting through UAT and into Production
• You will also supports identifying, analyzing and resolving product defects based on a prioritized order set by the Product
• Configure product following client requirements
• Develop a constructive working relationship with the delivery, product and engineering teams and Clients.
• Ensure that your delivery Analysis activities are delivered to time, quality and schedule.
• Support testing coverage and completion and support the client in their User Acceptance Testing by performing demos.
• Create any other relevant documentation for successful delivery e.g. User Guides, Implementation Guides, Training Guides etc
• • Communication - Communicate progress of work (progress reports & future plans) to the team and recommend corrective actions, this will be done through retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+yr experience
• Degree level or equivalent level of professional experience with some element of mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Experience working with onshore development or product teams
• Technical knowledge coupled with reasonable understanding of business operating principles
• A software development or data analysis background in engaging with software development and test teams.
