Principais Responsabilidades:
- Realizar prospecção ativa (outbound) via e-mail, telefone, WhatsApp e redes sociais.
- Fazer a qualificação de leads recebidos pelo inbound com base no ICP e nos critérios de MQL/SQL.
- Mapear dores, desafios e contexto dos potenciais clientes.
- Criar oportunidades qualificadas e agendar reuniões para o time de vendas.
- Manter o CRM sempre atualizado com atividades, interações e dados relevantes.
- Colaborar com Marketing e Vendas para melhorar a qualidade do funil.
- Acompanhar métricas como: volume de leads, taxa de resposta, conversão para SQL, reuniões realizadas e pipeline gerado.
- Criar cadências e scripts de abordagem que aumentem a conversão.
- Experiência ou conhecimento em SPIN Selling
- Testar novas estratégias de aquisição e fluxo de prospecção.
