Billing Business Analyst

As a finance business analyst you will be the driver of our continued growth. You will seek, develop, and help implement projects to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work with team members to ensure accurate documentation and delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help develop functional specifications and user stories.
• Support testing activities, including creating test cases and validating results.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
• Work with teams to ensure and accurate project execution.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience managing projects and user testing

Other skills and qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma, Scrum).
• Documentation and reporting dashboards are important.
• Experience with Power BI and create interactive dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel automation, including macros, power queries, and advanced formulas.
• Basic programming knowledge in M, DAX, and VBA

This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
