Buscamos um(a) Analista Júnior de Consultoria Técnica para apoiar a implantação das soluções da empresa junto aos clientes. O profissional atuará entendendo as necessidades apresentadas pelos clientes durante reuniões e realizando a parametrização na plataforma Mova.
É uma posição voltada para pessoas com perfil analítico, interesse por tecnologia e vontade de aprender sobre produtos de crédito e implantação de software.
Principais responsabilidades
- Participar de reuniões de vendas e implantação com clientes.
- Apoiar o entendimento dos processos de negócio dos clientes.
- Realizar parametrizações da plataforma conforme especificações funcionais.
- Executar testes das configurações realizadas.
- Apoiar homologações e validações junto aos clientes.
- Documentar configurações, processos e decisões dos projetos.
- Identificar inconsistências e apoiar a resolução de problemas.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com consultores mais experientes e demais áreas da empresa durante as implantações.
