Agile Project Manager

You will be part of Experian's Credit and Verification Services, where our purpose is to empower and inform decisions through data. You will report into the Agile Project Management Director.

What you will do:

  • Lead IT projects, ensuring they are delivered to expected outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets managing partners' expectations.
  • Find and address project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to improve revenue recognition and profitability.
  • Follow and enhance Experian project team effectiveness and governance.
  • Help implement Agile ways of working and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Use Agile tools and data to enhance project delivery.

Experience and Skills

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Fluent English.
  • Awareness of Agile methodologies and tool sets.
  • Project management skills, with experience in delivering projects.
  • Effective communication, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
  • A personal style that embraces servant leadership, teamwork, cares about the work and the teams, and shares openly and honestly with all.
  • Financial awareness around forecasting and managing budgets, costs, and revenue. Understanding of financial impacts of decisions.
