Accounts Payable Lead

Experian Global Financial Services is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead. You will manage and administrate the Accounts Payable team to include performance management, employee relations, training, and assigning work and related activities. You will report to the Accounting and Reporting Director.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relevant systems, internal calls, and invoice log with status updates, follow-up details and any other relevant information related to Accounts Payable.
  • Provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to the Accounts Payable Analysts to allow them to provide accurate services and responses to queries.
  • Create reports and metrics to improve control of the processes and support management decisions.
  • Communicate with the team to ensure awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer ongoing developmental coaching.
  • Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues.

Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, with deep knowledge of end-to-end AP processes and best practices.
  • Advanced academic background in Business Administration and Finance, supporting analytical and financial decision-making.
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, with a solid command of Microsoft Office tools to improve reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience managing partners and lead teams, encouraging collaboration and ensuring resolution of financial discrepancies.
  • Advanced English level, ensuring cross-functional coordination in global environments.
  • Analysis, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
