Job Description

Overview of Role and Ideal Candidate: You will focus on supporting main transformation and enablement programs within the organization. Specifically, this role is designed to support senior team members in activating strategic plans, communicating with partners, and ensuring that business practices are implemented and optimized. You will help enable business practices and transformation efforts across the organization, making sure that teams are aligned and that the changes being implemented can be sustained. There is also a large share of time allocated to Portfolio level reporting to ensure communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Support planning and tracking of transformation programs, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Portfolio Management: Align strategic, financial, and product deliverables across teams.
  • Communication: Draft updates, engage partners, and organize meetings.
  • Process Improvement: Document and implement efficient business practices.
  • Strategic Execution: Coordinate resources and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze data to support performance tracking.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. · Experience activating work and ideas across diverse teams.
  • 2 years of experience in project management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Internship experience or coursework in project management or business operations can be considered as experience.
