Software Engineer

Our eCareNEXT Patient Access product suite is experiencing growth and is looking for a knowledgeable and passion-driven individual to enhance the talent of our development team.  You will work with senior development and the product teams to expand and maintain our application product suite. You will need analysis of current systems to recommend solutions to improve reliability, performance and maintainability. You will be a direct software delivery position which requires well designed creation of new features, careful enhancement of some existing features, and surgical repair of any broken features. You will report to Software Development Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Implement and maintain products into an existing product suite through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding and testing

· Implement high quality and software solutions that exceed customer expectations

·  Author and build system level testing on applications

·  Partner with QA Team to provide quality solutions

·  Participate in architecture discussions

·   Learn about existing systems, use cases, and customer needs

• Bring your creativity, experience creating system documentation, experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions thinking to our collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field or equivalent experience
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a computing environment.
• Experience developing web applications using React, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL.
• You will work with peers in a highly collaborative environment
• Stay informed about relevant technology trends and developments and adapt to change
• Experience with responsive design concepts.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean environment.

This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No Visa sponsorship or relocation available.**
