Senior Key Account Manager -Utilities&Telco-

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients within the Utilities and Telco industries. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying business challenges and positioning Experian's data, analytics, fraud prevention, and decisioning solutions to deliver measurable value.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong consultative selling skills, experience managing complex sales cycles, and the ability to engage C-level executives across large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key Utilities and Telecommunications customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives, business leaders, risk teams, customer operations, and digital transformation stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities while driving growth within existing accounts.
• Lead complex, solution-based sales processes from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to create compelling customer solutions.
• Understand customer challenges related to customer acquisition, credit risk, fraud prevention, collections, customer management, and digital transformation.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activities across the Utilities and Telecommunications sectors.
• Represent Experian at industry events, conferences, and client executive meetings.
• Achieve and exceed annual revenue and business growth targets.

• 8+ years of successful B2B enterprise sales or account management experience.
• Strong experience selling SaaS, software, analytics, data, information services, fraud, technology, or consulting solutions.
• Proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
• Experience working with Utilities and/or Telecommunications customers in Spain.
• Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
• Experience engaging with C-level and senior business leaders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
