Serve as the subject matter expert in the SailPoint IIQ space; Partner with internal teams to ensure support software activities are aligned with application design; Act as functional technical lead of the support engineer team to drive a strong engineering culture; Lead projects & resources accordingly to comply with timelines and have agile capabilities to adjust as needed during project activities; Perform critical analysis to identify and resolve conflicts and break down high-level information into actionable work plans; Establish and implement a robust application monitoring processes to make sure we have 24x7 alerting in place and avoid downtimes within our IAM systems; Assist technical team members with the system/technical portion of their deliverables (e.g, test plans, implement monitoring activities, etc.); Collaborate with internal infrastructure teams to resolve incident and alerts accordingly based on establish incident response timelines. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Development Staff Engineer-related occupation.

Position requires in the following:

1. Experience with professional Identity Management (IDM), with demonstrated understanding of modern IDM concepts and best practices 
2. Experience providing SailPoint application support into high availability environments 
3. Experience working with identity data flows, engineering workflows, security roles, certification/attestation, entitlement management, SOD and access governance in SailPoint IIQ
4. Experience with integrating SailPoint IIQ with various technologies, including ServiceNow, SAP, Azure AD, Office 365, RACF, LDAP directories
5. Experience on Database Administration and support (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
6. Experience with various APIs including SCIM, REST, and SOAP
7. Experience with programming and web technologies such as Java/Bean Shell, JavaScript, SPML/SOAP, JSF
