You will lead a Scrum team—translating regional priorities into clear outcomes, accelerating roadmap delivery, launching and evolving agents capabilities, and advancing document verification with clear metrics and predictable execution.

Key Responsibilities

The context of this role involves leading development of portions of our Identity and Fraud agents, while also managing our global document verification product: DocCapture. You will focus on helping build and execute our product vision while partnering with regional business stakeholders and global platform dependencies.

  • Lead the day-to-day product ownership for the DocCapture scrum team, translating strategic objectives into clear initiatives, outcomes, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Craft and execute identity and fraud agent strategy with close collaboration with regional, platform and adjacent product teams. Facilitate alignment across diverse teams to support a strong, joined up platform strategy.
  • Accelerate identity and fraud roadmap priorities for through use of AI tooling across the SDLC and possible co-development across teams, while owning the definition of scope, success metrics, and release plans.
  • Lead the roadmap and launch of identity and fraud agent strategy, and provide ongoing product leadership for post-launch priorities, adoption, and continuous improvement (co-development).
  • Lead discovery and delivery: build and prioritize the roadmap and backlog in partnership with Design, Architecture, and Engineering—defining journeys, hypotheses, and success metrics, and ensuring platform-ready requirements (operational readiness, security/compliance) aligned to platform standards.
  • Serve as the primary product voice for owned products—connecting Product, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Legal/Compliance, and commercial stakeholders to deliver outcomes across ID&F initiatives in a global context.

Platform Product Ownership Mindset

  • Define measurable outcomes and success metrics for platform capabilities (adoption, time-to-integrate, reliability, supportability, and business impact).
  • Shape clear requirements; align stakeholders on versioning, backward compatibility, and rollout strategy.
  • Leverage AI tools for lightweight prototyping (where appropriate), synthesis of discovery insights, analytics exploration, and faster iteration cycles—while protecting confidential data, validating outputs, and ensuring decisions are explainable and auditable.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and make explicit trade-offs across scope, sequencing, and architecture constraints while maintaining delivery predictability.

Experience and Skills

  • Solid experience in Product Management for 13+ years within regulated, high-complexity environments.
  • Should have experience 5+ years working as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Experience leading platform or data products and delivering outcomes across multiple business stakeholders.
  • Strong experience with agile product delivery: shaping roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, defining success metrics, and guiding squad execution.
  • Fluent English for frequent interaction with global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements, journeys, hypotheses, and actionable roadmaps.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Design, Architecture, and Engineering, including managing dependencies and delivery risks in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders (regional and global), and the ability to move between technical audiences, business areas, and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated AI Builder fluency, comfort specifying and iterating on AI features through prompt design, agent and tool-use flows, and structured evaluations, working hand-in-hand with Engineering and applied ML rather than treating AI as a black-box capability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in co-development with multicultural, geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience with tools that support product management and collaboration in agile environments, such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of identity and fraud, transaction monitoring, , onboarding, or decisioning journeys.
  • Experience with products subject to auditability, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience applying AI tools to accelerate PM workflows (drafting, synthesis, analysis) with strong validation and responsible-use practices.
  • Experience in matrixed corporate environments and comfort influencing without direct authority.
