Role Overview

What you’ll need to bring to the team

  • To canvass for new accounts in the financial institution government sector and corporate market segment. Continue to appraise key business opportunities and provide existing services (such as Credit Track, Red Alert Monitoring Service, Trade Bureau services, marketing data services and etc) within targeted market segment.
  • Assist in marketing, concept development, sales presentation, analysing market trends and implementing new projects.
  • Continue to develop new solutions and products to cater to the needs of the targeted market
  • To develop and market credit rating, risk grade, scoring products and credit reporting business to government sectors, financial and corporations.

 

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan;
  • Assists or drives new initiatives or, especially in new product/service launches with speed and effectiveness to financial institutions or business corporations
  • Responsibility for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution
  • Meet/exceed minimum monthly and annual sales objectives;
  • Canvassing for new accounts, develop customer base, appraise key business opportunities in our market segments;
  • Responsible for the effective management and servicing of existing and potential customers including the development and growth of accounts to optimize profits.
  • Responsible for key accounts management and development of strategic; relationships with corporate clients to ensure continuous repeat business with the Bureau;
  • Responsible for realizing the committed revenue targets;
  • Identify opportunities to link up with financial institutions or other targeted segment through back-end integration and work closely with clients and IT to ensure the implementation and completion of projects
  • Actively participate in events, conference, seminars or other promotional activities.
  • Respond promptly and decisively to customers’ requirements through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal departments.
  • Other projects or matters may assign to support revenue targets in futures.

 


Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years (for an account management role) or experience in sales, business development, partnerships or equivalent role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
  • Ability to liaise with C suite/ Senior Management / Key decision makers is desirable.
  • Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • A highly independent and individual with excellent team-working skills.
