Role Overview

As a Junior Financial Analyst you will provide support to the assigned region across management and general accounting, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and the conversion of data into management information. You will be reporting into the Senior Finance Manager.

What you'll do?

  • Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring financial data accuracy and compliance with Experian accounting policies and IFRS;
  • Ensure adherence to local statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements;
  • Maintain selected balance sheet accounts, including reconciliations, analysis, and resolution of outstanding items;
  • Help prepare forecasts and financial plans;
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc financial and management reports to support business decision-making;
  • Support the planning and control of annual budgets within the assigned region or function;
  • Partner with other teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization, operational efficiencies, and value creation;
  • Contribute to process improvements, driving efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement projects;

Experience and Skills

What you'll bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, Audit, or a related area;
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience with financial statements and accounting principles;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems;
  • Fluency in English.
