Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer of Experian Marketing Services, you will manage a high-performing team of marketers supporting Experian's platforms, data and identity products and services. You will lead core messaging and content creation, oversee go-to-market and launch strategies and activities including all training, and enablement. You will be a strategic partner for product, sales and the wider marketing function. You will represent the voice of the market by understanding customer problems, the competitive landscape and summarizing that into positioning, product packaging and enablement activities.

You have a commanding understanding of marketing, advertising and marketing technology landscapes, with direct experience in product marketing, partner channels, strategy, strategic development or strategic sales.

You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. This is a remote position.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Own product and partner messaging that clearly communicates value to targeted market segments across multiple channels
  • Lead the development and upkeep of content assets, including pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, videos, and whitepapers
  • Create cross-channel marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Define packaging and commercialization strategies to simplify the customer buying experience
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and external partners to execute marketing programs efficiently
  • Integrate customer, competitive, and industry insights into win/loss analysis and new product business cases
  • Guide jargon-free messaging that makes complex topics simple and accessible
  • Manage and mentor a team, overseeing resource allocation and departmental priorities

Experience and Skills

  • 12+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, strategy or related field
  • 8+ years directly managing a team
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in AdTech, SaaS, marketing services, marketing analytics or marketing technology
  • Experience working with technical or complex products as a trusted partner to both product and sales teams
  • Experience scoping and implementing AI within marketing processes
  • Experience navigating and driving success against goals
  • Experience communicating at all levels of the organization and managing complex programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
