Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned AWS DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing scalable cloud environments, implementing DevOps pipelines, and ensuring high availability and security of applications deployed on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure using services like EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.

·       Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

·       Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

·       Monitor system performance and availability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.

·       Implement security best practices including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and encryption standards.

·       Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and troubleshoot environment issues.

·       Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).

·       Perform cost optimization and resource utilization analysis across AWS services.

·       Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       5–9 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.

·       Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure design.

·       Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell.

·       Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

·       Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).

·       Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

·       Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus).

·       Experience with version control systems like Git and Bitbucket.

·       Understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and cloud governance.

Preferred Skills:

·       AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect certification.

·       Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.

·       Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.

·       Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices.
