Cash Management Process Lead

The Cash Management Process Lead oversees Global Finance Services cash management accounting and ensures Bank and Intra Group Account(IGA) end to end process are performed timely and accurately. You will lead reconciliation, sub-ledger close, reporting, controls, and issue resolution across supported entities. Working with country finance, controllership, business finance, system specialists, global process owners & ICFR team to address issues & drive process standardization. The role also supports team capability, integrations, divestments, audits, reporting and continuous improvement across APAC, UK and EMEA, NA3CS and SLatam. This role reports to Cash Management Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end bank and intercompany general accounting reconciliations, monthly sub-ledger close, reporting, customer requests, audit support, and finance queries, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines and control requirements.
• Review variances and transaction issues, document conclusions, provide country finance commentary, and coach team members on resolution steps. Track recurring issues and implement corrective actions that address root causes.
• Maintain current process documentation and monitor adherence to standard operating procedures during each accounting cycle. Update controls, procedures, and performance metrics when process, system, or business requirements change.
• Partner with global process owners, country finance, controllership, business finance, other Global Finance Services teams, system specialists, and the Process Improvement team to standardize cash management activities and deliver approved improvements.
• Support resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, performance reviews, and succession planning. Provide coverage for the online banking system administrator and support acquisitions, integrations, and divestments as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least five years of experience in cash management, bank reconciliation, intercompany accounting, or general ledger operations, including experience as a supervisor or team lead.
• Experience leading a geographically or functionally diverse finance team, with responsibility for work allocation, coaching, performance management, or capability development.
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial controls, audit evidence, risk identification, and escalation procedures.
• Experience using performance measures and structured improvement methods to identify root causes, reduce errors, standardize processes, or improve cycle times. Shared services experience is beneficial.
• Ability to support regional close schedules and occasional adjusted working hours across APAC, UK and EMEA, the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
