You will be one of the most critical on our Sales Enablement/Operations team. It is centered on leadership through influence, guidance, and collaboration rather than formal personnel management. As a team lead for data quality analysts, you will be an important point of coordination and mentorship—helping team members grow their skills, navigate challenges, and deliver high-quality outcomes. While you will not be responsible for HR-related functions such as performance reviews or disciplinary actions, your leadership will be instrumental in shaping team culture and driving excellence.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading data quality and compliance plans, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring successful project execution. You will also help align the team's work with broader organizational goals, offering insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.

What You Will Do:

  • Be a team lead who will mentor, assign and supervise the work of other data quality analysts to foster a culture of data accuracy and consistency
  • Lead data quality audits for CRM to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with audit requirements and data quality standards
  • Oversee data cleansing activities such as data standardization, deduplication and data validation
  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting assistance, and mentoring team members on best practices.
  • Provide updates on project progress, identifying and escalating critical issues, and translating the team's needs and feedback managing CRM leader.
  • Ensure understanding between the team's work and the organizational goals provided by managing CRM Leader.
  • Identify and report potential roadblocks, challenges, or problems that may affect the team's performance or the project's success, escalating issues that require the managing CRM leader's attention.
  • Gather feedback from the team and translate it to the managing CRM Leader, ensuring that the team's needs, concerns, and suggestions are heard and addressed
  • Resolve issues that arise during projects or within the team.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments, encouraging a collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate the team's needs for support, or additional training to the managing CRM leader, ensuring the team has what it needs to succeed
  • Help develop and refining team processes and workflows.
  • Maintain client data in our global CRM system.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure data quality is maintained throughout the organization
  • Provide training and support to team members and other users of data quality best practice
  • Responsible for client credentialling and sales opportunity processing and auditing
  • Follow Global Data Quality and Data Management best practices, documented processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain the data following the established Service level agreements, supporting ad-hoc and bulk requests and working with sales and other teams.
  • Support any assigned internal projects, orienting and proposing solutions to problems.
  • Perform auditing, cleansing and deduplication, reviewing the data for completeness and validity ensuring that data policies turn into practice.
  • Document and formalize data standards and processes on an ongoing basis.

Experience and Skills

3+ years' experience of data quality, governance

  • 1+ years' experience leading projects, mentoring peers, and coordinating cross functional efforts
  • Strong foundational knowledge of data quality principles, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and governance.
  • Experience coordinating across functions, aligning data quality efforts with business goals and operational needs.
  • Experience with Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Basic knowledge of PC desktop, SharePoint Takes Direction and open to learning SFDC and other tools related to the project.
  • Be a bridge between data quality team and CRM Leader Thrive in environments, effectively juggling multiple tasks and shifting focus to meet changing business demands.
