Customer Success Manager / Sell-Side (NY preferred)

What you'll do

  • Manage existing customer relationships to drive execution of projects related to data services and advertising campaigns
  • Daily supporting of client's projects/campaigns to ensure execution of projects and being the liaison between the client and internal departments. Coordinate resources to ensure client satisfaction and Return on investment
  • Educate and inform clients/prospects on all data assets and audience recommendations with ongoing consultation to clients to uncover challenges and offer data recommendations. Use product experts as a resource.
  • Communication with clients is frequent - includes weekly status calls with and occasional travel to client locations (primarily NYC)
  • Develop solutions that solve clients' advertising goals. Advise client on data best practices and address gaps/opportunities
  • Personally responsible for achieving a sales revenue quota together with Account Executive.
  • Collaborate on account planning with Account Executive to identify data sales opportunities
  • Execute basic contracts for standard products, services, and renewals
  • Responsible for regular status calls with Sales Leadership with existing portfolio
  • Work with Service Delivery team to scope out projects and then work with Pricing to discuss project and obtain price quote
  • Work cohesively with wide range of internal groups - Operations, Legal, Compliance and Finance
  • Gather industry information within assigned portfolio. Including subscribing to industry newsletters, trade magazines.
  • Develop relationships across all client/prospect base and internal departments
  • You will report to Experian's Sr. Sales Director

Experience and Skills

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary
  • Sell-side industry experience is valued. Agency or digital marketing experience is also helpful.
  • Customer service skills to grow and cultivating client relationships
  • 3+ years of experience managing a large project portfolio with varying levels of details.
  • Ability to travel – approx. 20% of time (assuming not located in NYC)
