You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that values innovation, inclusion, and impact. The Talent Acquisition Partner I will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You’ll support the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume roles, ensuring seamless candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and hire top talent for contact center roles.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support offer processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Event & Outreach Support: Assist with job fairs, university relations, and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Compliance & Systems: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure hiring practices meet regulatory standards.

Experience and Skills

WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about recruiting and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or recruitment coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Tools/Software Requirements:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience recruiting for contact center or high-volume roles.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
