We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market success, product adoption, and market differentiation. You’ll be the bridge between product, marketing, and sales—crafting compelling messaging, enabling sales teams, and ensuring our products resonate with the right audiences.

What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Strategic Thinking & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, and sales enablement.
  • Content & Brand Awareness: Ability to support content creation and ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize messaging.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with product, sales, and creative teams and excellent communication and storytelling skills

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing

  • Messaging & Positioning
    • Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates product value and differentiation.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning.
    • Create and maintain product collateral, including datasheets, pitch decks, and web content.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
    • Define target audiences, value propositions, and positioning strategies.
    • Collaborate with product managers to align marketing with product roadmaps.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Equip sales teams with tools, training, and content to effectively sell the product.
    • Develop case studies, battle cards, and objection-handling guides.
    • Partner with sales to gather feedback and refine messaging.
  • Customer & Market Insights
    • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis to understand buyer needs.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
    • Use insights to influence product development and marketing campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams.
    • Support demand generation efforts with product-focused content and campaigns.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Experience and Skills

More about you

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B or product-driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
