Technical Program Manager (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. As a TPM, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, operations, and business teams to guide strategic initiatives from concept through execution.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams.
  • Align engineering, product, business, and operations teams around common goals, timelines, and priorities.
  • Partner with engineering to understand architecture, dependencies, and constraints; translate technical discussions into business impact.
  • Manage roadmaps, milestones, sprint cadences, and release plans; establish and track KPIs, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide transparent, concise, and actionable updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Improve program management processes and tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet) to increase team efficiency and delivery predictability.
  • Act as the first line of escalation for blockers and conflicts; drive to resolution through influence and coordination.
  • You will report to the Director of Technical Program Management.
  • This is a hybrid role working out of the Costa Mesa, CA office.

Experience and Skills

Your background:

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing technical programs involving software development, infrastructure, data platforms, or cloud migration.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Prior experience in enterprise-scale migrations, platform modernization, or regulated industries (e.g., fintech, healthcare).
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
