We are looking for a strategic marketing professional to lead partner marketing programs that support revenue growth, retention and partner engagement. You bring marketing strategy, project management, and content expertise. You will manage multiple marketing programs, lead team collaboration, and present to both company partners and external partners. You will work remotely and report to the Senior Director, Marketing.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Oversee end‑to‑end program management, including scope, timelines, workflows, intake, prioritization, and risk/issue mitigation across partner marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, SOWs, vendor hours, pricing, and financial reporting in partnership with Finance, Contracts, and Sales.
  • Lead partner-facing meetings (planning sessions, QBRs, initiative reviews) and collaborate with Sales and Account teams to support retention and growth goals.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution—including strategy, creative, compliance review, deployment, and data‑secure intake/ticketing processes.
  • Lead Partner Marketing Services offerings, identifying opportunities to scale solutions, improve efficiencies, and increase revenue contribution.
  • Develop partner‑specific marketing strategies, messaging frameworks, content calendars, and strategic/seasonal content for partner use.
  • Analyze campaign and partner performance, producing quarterly reports, recaps, ROI analyses, and insights that inform strategy and optimization.
  • Maintain partner marketing processes and documentation, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards in partnership with internal teams.
  • Support onboarding of new partners and development of strategic marketing roadmaps.
  • Oversee updates and enhancements to the Partner Marketing Portal, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adoption.
  • Use analytics tools and market research to inform strategy and partner-ready messaging.
  • Support broader Integrated Marketing programs and ad hoc projects as our needs evolve.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
  • 6+ years of experience in partner, account, or marketing communications roles.
  • Experience leading integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Project management and client management skills.
  • Experience presenting to and working directly with external clients.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, applicable marketing strategies.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Wrike, Jira, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe CMS, WordPress, and analytics platforms.
