Reporting to the Analytics Consulting Manager, the Collections Optimization Consultant will provide Experian Health clients with analytics-based best practices and consulting services.

Specifically, you will thoroughly assess our client's use of Experian's Collections Optimization Manager solution's systems and financial performance. Make recommendations to optimize patient collections by leveraging analytics to streamline and enhance revenue cycle self-pay operations and fulfillment strategies.

The Collections Optimization Consultant will exceed client expectations through product and process knowledge, as well as successful navigation through complex implementation, regulatory, and multi-partner requirements.

You will:

  • Prepare and conduct operational and organizational assessments, using best practice analytical tools. Make recommendations related to workflow re-design, organizational design, change management, and deliver the results of analysis that optimizes our solutions performance and provides the basis for lasting results.
  • Collaborate with internal development and technical support, to resolve issues; bridging the gap between non-technical user perspective and technical IT perspective.
  • Analyze and facilitate resolution of complex issues, from internal and external clients
  • Learn, understand, and identify customer problems, and recognize core issues

Experience and Skills

  • 4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle self-pay consulting, ·
  • Experience leading process improvement projects, in the healthcare revenue cycle industry
  • Healthcare software technical implementation experience
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Up to 20% future travel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
