Head of Product

The Head of Product will lead Experian’s product strategy and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. This role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive product roadmap for solutions such as Trx Insight, e-Ledger, and Convex. By integrating technical development with commercial strategies, the position will ensure products are market-ready, profitable, and continuously improved to meet client needs. Acting as a key driver of product innovation and lifecycle management, this role will strengthen Experian’s competitive positioning and support sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

· Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

· Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure product plans support long-term growth objectives.

· Translate strategic priorities into actionable product development initiatives and oversee execution.

Portfolio Management

· Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to retirement, ensuring profitability and relevance.

· Oversee technical development and ensure integration with commercial strategies for successful go-to-market execution.

· Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements across all products.

Leadership & Collaboration

· Lead and mentor Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Foster collaboration between product, technology, sales, and marketing teams to maximize impact.

· Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders and partners to enhance product capabilities and market reach.

· Proven experience in product management and strategy development.

· Strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects of product lifecycle management.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
