Digital Operations Analyst

The Digital Operations Analyst position is essential to ensuring smooth, reliable and timely execution of production data pipelines and partner integrations across AWS, Airflow and EMS, reporting into the Digital Operations Manager.

What you'll do:

• Deliver operational excellence by monitoring scheduled and event‑driven production runs.
• Diagnose failures, manage incidents and maintain dashboards, alerts and runbooks.
• Apply quick, small‑scale engineering fixes (e.g., Python updates, configuration changes, permissions adjustments) to keep services running smoothly without full development cycles.
• Support onboarding of new partners and data feeds using templated configurations.
• Validate test files and schemas, set up ingestion pipelines and coordinate first‑run execution to ensure production readiness.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide timely status updates.
• Contribute to root‑cause analysis and drive long‑term stability and reliability improve

What you'll bring:

• Operational knowledge of AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM basics).
• Familiarity with Airflow DAGs, scheduling and log interpretation.
• Practical Python skills for debugging and operational scripting.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and data pipeline workflows.
• Read logs/exceptions and diagnose production run failures.
• Incident management experience with clear, structured communication.
• Cross‑team coordination and confidence working with external partners.

Additional skills that would be advantageous:

• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira) and contribution to RCA.
• Experience maintaining dashboards/alerts/runbooks (e.g., CloudWatch metrics & alarms).
• Familiarity with Git and code hygiene for small operational fixes.
• Understanding of structured data formats and validation (CSV, JSON, XML).
