We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance team. Reporting to the GTM Finance Director, you will work in partnership with Sales, Commercial Operations, Senior Leadership and Finance Leaders to improve business growth through forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic financial insight.

What you will do:

  • Lead forecasting and budgeting for new business revenue.
  • Analyse sales pipeline performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial teams to support growth and improve decision-making.
  • Produce business performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Manage GTM costs, monitor forecasts, and support budget owners in achieving targets.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards and deliver meaningful business insights.
  • Improve process improvements using AI, automation, and digital technologies.
  • Collaborate with Finance Systems and Data teams to enhance reporting and data quality.

We are looking for:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
  • Forecasting, analytical, and commercial skills.
  • Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools), Excel, and finance systems.
  • Experience of process improvement and applying AI or automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience, communicating analytical findings to a range of different audiences.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
