Experian North America is scaling AI-driven Operational Excellence to transform how we work and serve customers. We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader who's fluent in GenAI/agentic systems and legacy automation (RPA/low-code) — someone who can lead by doing, inspire by example and promote the vision.

You will lead our award-winning Smart Automation & Delivery organization to the next level, promoting next-gen AI transformation while ensuring responsible evolution from traditional RPA toward agentic workflows. You will be central to how we reshape operations with AI, from legacy to intelligent automation, from ideas to measurable outcomes.

You will report to the VP Head of Productivity and Transformation.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Drive and Evangelize the Roadmap: Promote, educate, identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact automations across business units with clear value and fast time-to-benefit.
  • Build and Scale AI-Powered Systems: Architect and evolve a scalable agentic automation platform (multi-agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation/guardrails) and deliver use cases from idea to production.
  • Promote Engineering Excellence: Champion modern SDLC practices - CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, observability, SRE/on-call, and reliability-by-design practices for AI and automation solutions.
  • Govern with Speed and Safety: Partner with Global CoEs, Legal, Compliance, and Security to move quickly and safely while managing risks.
  • Measure Outcomes: Track ROI, capacity creation, and adoption.
  • Lead and Grow Talent: Coach a versatile global team (Business Analysts, Engineering, Support). Foster a learning culture, mentor emerging leaders, and up-skill the team in GenAI/agentic and automation disciplines.
