We are looking for a strategic Director, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to join our Global Security Office. You will be the product manager for IGA, driving and accomplishing our IGA strategy, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of IGA technologies, and ensuring the secure management of identity and access across the organization. You will strengthen our overall cybersecurity posture, working with teams to establish, enforce, and evolve our access control practices.

You will report to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM). This is a remote position.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Define and lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities.
  • Be the primary product owner and liaison for IGA solutions across the organization.
  • Lead an IGA team, encouraging innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of IGA technologies.
  • Integrate automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and proactive risk management.
  • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide access control policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and improve program effectiveness through Measurements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) and manage identity-related risks.

Experience and Skills

  • 8+ years in Identity and Access Management, including 5+ years leading IGA programs.
  • Experience in product ownership or management of security technologies.
  • Background in developing IGA strategies and architectures in large enterprises.
  • Hands-on expertise with platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity.
  • Knowledge of access control principles, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Mentorship experience and ability to present technical topics to a variety of teammates.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA; Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
