Why this role is critical to us

To manage, coordinate & monitor incoming data. Provide a consistently high performance, quick & responsive support system to the Industry Bodies, Bureaus & data suppliers on all data related queries.

• Data processes

To collect, load and monitor the flow of all data through the various stages within agreed service level agreements (SLA

• Reporting Requirements

To manage the compiling and delivery of bureau compliance reports, within the agreed SLA’s

• Adhoc Requests

Manage and process requests for SNOW cases, Data Investigation, Credit Provider Queries and SACRRA/CBA queries to be completed within agreed SLA’s


Experience and Skills

 

  • Grade 12 - NQF Level 4
  • MS Office qualification
  • 1 Year Data processing experience in a financial services industry
