Analytics Consultant

What you will do:

• Interpret dashboard insights and represent results in client meetings, addressing business and technical questions in real time or following up with clear answers and solutions when deeper investigation is needed.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, infrastructure, product and consulting teams) to ensure aligned and efficient delivery
• Be a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams by translating ambiguous or high-level requirements into scoped tasks suitable for delivery
• Analyze business performance using Tableau dashboards and translate findings into clear insights
• Engage early in the lifecycle of initiatives to define scope, involve the right technical experts, and embed the team from the outset.
• Oversee strategic data plans across multiple clients or domains
• Identify and shape work opportunities by spotting gaps, inefficiencies and aligning them with the team's capabilities

You will report into the Data Modeller - Manager.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or similar)
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or data-driven roles with client or stakeholder exposure
• Fluent English
• Experience developing data engineering solutions in AWS environments.
• Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) and SQL, with working knowledge of Python (or similar) for data analysis
• Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and data modeling concepts
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and represent insights in client-facing settings
