Market & Client Engagement

  • Engage directly with clients—including lenders, fintechs, and alternative financial providers—to understand evolving credit and risk needs
  • Act as a visible, external product leader, representing Experian in client engagements, industry forums, and strategic discussions, and establishing credibility as a thought leader in alternative data and modern credit ecosystems
  • Incorporate client feedback, analyst perspectives, and competitive intelligence into ongoing product strategy
  • Strengthen Experian’s position as a thought leader in alternative data, financial inclusion, and modern underwriting

Commercialization & Value Realization

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion

  • Define and operationalize KPIs that link product investments to business outcomes, including revenue, adoption, and client impact
  • Ensure disciplined tracking of value realization across product initiatives

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, data/analytics, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, resource allocation, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers and leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Promote consistent use of modern product operating models, including OKRs and agile frameworks

Competitive Positioning & Ecosystem Development

  • Monitor competitive dynamics, including fintech disruptors, alternative data providers, and evolving bureau capabilities
