What you’ll be doing

·       Project Coordination

o    Orchestrate project tasks, ensuring team members understand their roles, deadlines, and quality standards.

o    Monitor project progress and maintain efficient workflows.

·       Communication Facilitation

o    Liaise between various teams to promote synergy and information flow.

o    Minimize misunderstandings and maximize productivity.

·       Risk Management

o    Identify potential risks to project deadlines or quality.

o    Implement mitigation measures to avert issues

·       Stakeholder Management

o    Managing relationships with clients, executives, and other stakeholders.

o    Balance competing priorities and expectations.

·       Resource Allocation

o    Assign the right resources to each task.

o    Manage team workload effectively.

·       Collaboration

o    Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

o    Encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.

More about you

·       12+ years of experience

·       Constant curiosity and a desire to improve yourself and your fellow engineers.

·       Exposure to Financial Services and Banking concepts.

·       Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or Project Management Professional will be an advantage

Qualifications
