Technical Data Analyst - Experian Health - Remote

We're looking for an experienced Technical Data Analyst with SQL and MongoDB expertise. You will report to Experian Health and support stakeholder reporting, centralize Key Performance Indicators with the SRE team, optimize queries, and identify dependencies for our AWS database migration. This role is imperative to ensuring accurate, applicable data insights across the organization.

You'll have opportunity to work on:

Data Analysis:

o Work with partners and address their reporting requirements

o Collaborate with the SRE team to centralize KPIs and other data

o Help with query optimization

o Research and identify dependencies to support database migration to AWS

  • Query Execution:

o Write and implement complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data

o Perform data retrieval and manipulation using MongoDB queries

  • Reporting:

o Produce detailed and actionable reports based on data analysis and query results

o Present findings and insights to partners

o Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues

Collaboration:

o Work with other team members and departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support

o Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance data systems and processes

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years' experience in SQL and MongoDB required
  • 3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on payer data or healthcare data
  • 3+ years' experience with data analysis, data integration, and database management
  • 3+ years' experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and extract meaningful insights and presenting complex data and findings concisely
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are welcome
  • Experience with data integration tools or platforms
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages or data manipulation tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
