We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our Experian Talent Acquisition Team in Bulgaria. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of our workforce and contributing to our mission of unlocking the power of data to create a better tomorrow.

In this role you will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: From sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding, you'll manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers: Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships and guiding them through the talent attraction and selection process.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences: Ensure a seamless and engaging journey for both candidates and hiring managers, leaving a lasting positive impression.
  • Champion our employer brand: Represent Experian at universities, academies, career fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Leverage market insights: Analyze industry trends, labor market data, and competitor activity to inform and refine your recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate globally: Work with local and international HR teams, contributing to projects that support our talent attraction goals and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Experience and Skills

What you'll need to bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a talent attraction role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process.
  • Knowledge of talent market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment marketing—implementing employer branding strategies and creating engaging content.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English.
