Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Costa Rica operations to lead the necessary activity supporting the recruitment efforts for our operations center. You will be part of a dynamic and service-oriented organization!

Reporting to the TA Coordination Manager, the TA Coordinator will be an ambassador for Experian and will ensure a positive candidate experience for individuals exploring employment opportunities with Experian.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to provide a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Review and distribute approved job requisitions.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with hiring standards.
  • Compile new hire documents and verify credentials.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Respond to candidate and employee inquiries and troubleshoot TA system issues.
  • Process referral bonus reports and support onboarding of outsourced resources.
  • Manage access clearance approvals and English test purchases.
  • Support recruiting events and projects (e.g., internships, job fairs).
  • Partner with HR and business teams to meet hiring goals and improve recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.
  • Handle special projects and additional responsibilities.

Experience and Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative function, in Recruiting or Human Resources
  • Advanced English skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a high-volume, multi-client environment
  • Experience planning and prioritizing daily responsibilities for optimum efficiency.
  • Previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers

Other:

  • Related Bachelor's degree or HR Program certificate
  • Previous experience supporting recruiting processes
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, like SmartRecruiters, or iCIMS
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
