In the Senior Relationship Manager role, you will maintain and expand business relationships, create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and build revenue with assigned clients using data, analytics, and solutions across Experian. You will maintain close strategic partnerships across the client organization, understanding client KPI's and success metrics and business operations, market challenges and short-term initiatives. This will include supporting sales presentations and proposals to use Experian solutions in a way that improves client revenues, return on operations, reduces risk, and lowers expenses. You will gain trust through credibility, reliability, business intimacy and customer centricity. Partner with sales resources to exceed revenue goals.

  • Manage existing business agreements and relationships, including the management and oversight of client onboarding and solution delivery, fulfillment, use, and overall client satisfaction
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements for using Experian solutions, based on clients' feedback and through collaboration with internal Experian product partners
  • Contribute to territory strategy and client account planning
  • Grow existing business relationships by identifying process and operational improvements to solution delivery, client use, and solution impact to clients' financial priorities.
  • Conduct, moderate and facilitate product trainings for clients on current or prospective products the client is using or evaluating.
  • Identify new product and revenue opportunities for Experian by expanding existing and creating new client relationships in new departments within a client's organization.
  • Promote and close new business in partnership with Experian account executive and sales leadership teams.
  • Collaborate on and manage inputs to the Experian revenue forecasting and pipeline management processes, updating revenue opportunities according to company policy and practice.
  • Participate in providing client data and insight to internal Experian product and executive teams to ensure improved product development, marketing, and sales.
  • Increase client satisfaction through client engagement and support.
  • You will report to Vice President, Strategic Sales

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of complex sales or customer relationship management-related experience.
  • Must have knowledge of consumer credit reporting.
  • Experience creating exponential revenue growth.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to travel.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
