Senior Project Manager, Web Development

You will:

• Make strategic decisions to ensure project outcomes align with our goals.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles by being the voice of reason and collaborating with the team to make tough decisions.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans that find and address risks to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure agreement on organizational goals and build relationships with partners to guide project success.
• Lead teams to ensure agreement across all departments for managed projects.
• Develop junior project managers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, integrating solutions into project management practices.
• Exercise autonomy in decision-making, removing obstacles and solving complex problems
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile best practices, looking for ways to improve productivity and team outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience managing web and mobile app development projects, in the direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or FinTech sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience promoting agreement and accountability across teams.
• Experience with the Product Operating Model
• Advanced knowledge or certification in Agile frameworks, risk management, or a related project management specialty.
• Proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
