Full Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid)

We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and operate production software. You will own features end-to-end, including writing and reviewing code, contributing to application and cloud architecture, and taking part in the automation and security work that keeps our systems reliable.

You will report to the Software Development Manager. This is a hybrid position based in our Phoenix, AZ, office.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Write, review, test, and commit production code across the stack.
• Design software, applications, and cloud architectures, and help turn those designs into maintainable systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for changes to be tested and released.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC), policy-as-code (PaC), scripting, and automation.
• Modify configurations that influence access control, data exposure, or system resilience.
• Fix and manage security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, and infrastructure.

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining production software.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#) across frontend and backend.
• Experience working in Git-based workflows, including pull requests and code review.
• Experience deploying and operating applications on a cloud platform (e.g., AWS or Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, or infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with access control, data handling, or vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) or production frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) is preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
