Experian's PMO is looking for a Senior Project Manager. You will work with all departments during all stages of acquiring and onboarding enterprise customers. The Senior Project Manager will work with our internal and external groups to ensure the customer's smooth transition from Sales to ongoing Account Development. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for delivery of internal projects that support the larger business and client affecting needs, working with departments across the business to help prepare new products for go-to-market readiness.

 

It's required that the Senior Project Manager verbal and written. The balance between our needs and client needs is critical, so understanding the value of prioritization is important. You have abilities to grasp new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study and interaction with other team members. You have a balance of project management, technical implementation. You will report to Project Management Director.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Led customer relationships and ensured alignment across teams and stakeholders. Managed the full product readiness lifecycle using Asana, defining scope and deliverables. Coordinated cross-functional efforts to meet project timelines and quality standards. Oversaw documentation, partner communication, and team expectations while continuously improving processes and knowledge sharing.

  • Connect with cross-functional teams within an organization
  • Can execute all tasks with
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize, document, and implement process changes and improvements
  • Identifying challenges and proposing solutions
