Descripción general del área: Recursos Humanos está compuesto de 3 gerencias que soportan todos los procesos que desde el área acompañan al negocio. Talento & HR Ops, Compensación, Beneficios & HRBP’s y Comunicaciones, bienestar y DEI.
Propósito del cargo:
Ser socio estratégico de las áreas cliente que están distribuidas por todos los países que componen la región Spanish Latam (Colombia, Chile, Perú, Panamá, Argentina y México), trabajando estrechamente con sus líderes y acompañando la ejecución de su estrategia con labores consultivas en todos los temas de HR. Adicionalmente es encargado de ejecutar los planes, programas y estrategias de los COE en sus áreas cliente mientras retroalimenta al equipo de HR con las necesidades encontradas.
Entregables:
- Ejecución de Estrategias COE: Implementar de manera efectiva las estrategias definidas por los Centers of Excellence (COE) dentro de los tiempos establecidos.
- Planes de Desarrollo y Clima Organizacional: Desarrollar planes de desarrollo individual para colaboradores clave y formular planes de acción para mejorar los resultados de las encuestas de clima organizacional.
- Desarrollo Organizacional: Gestionar y optimizar continuamente las estructuras organizacionales, validando formalmente el presupuesto y la estructura con el HR Controller.
- Gestión de Relaciones Laborales: Liderar procesos relacionados con las relaciones laborales, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo respetuoso, colaborativo y conforme a la legislación.
Responsabilidades del cargo:
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la alta dirección para comprender los objetivos de la empresa y desarrollar iniciativas de RR.HH. que respalden estos objetivos.
- Apoyar la alineación estratégica con las áreas clientes y los diferentes individuos que la conforman.
- Guiar a los líderes y equipos a través de procesos de cambio organizacional, acompañando el proceso de transición de manera efectiva y minimizando la resistencia al cambio.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento experto sobre gestión de talentos, desarrollo organizacional y relaciones con los empleados.
- Analizar las métricas de RR.HH. para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora, garantizando que las iniciativas de RR.HH. respalden el rendimiento general de la empresa, mejoren la eficacia de la organización y creen un lugar de trabajo positivo y productivo.
- Actuar como enlace entre RR.HH. y otros departamentos, fomentando un entorno colaborativo y garantizando que las políticas y prácticas de RR.HH. se implementen de manera eficaz.
- Supervisar los esfuerzos para impulsar la mejora de la eficacia de la organización ayudando a crear una cultura positiva y productiva en el lugar de trabajo, centrándose en las iniciativas de participación y retención de los empleados que impulsan el éxito general.
- Participar y coordinar proyectos de recursos humanos a nivel regional, asegurando que las soluciones implementadas estén alineadas a la estrategia del negocio y sean escalables en toda la región.

Educación: Psicología, administración de empresa o áreas afines.
Experiencia: Contar con experiencia previa como HRBP mínimo de 3 años y con al menos 2 años de experiencia con alcance regional en Latinoamérica.
Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: conocer todos los procesos de Recursos Humanos. Haber trabajado de manera transversal en los diferentes procesos de Recursos Humanos que le permitan apoyar la operación según las necesidades del área y del negocio. Por ejemplo, conocer diferentes bolsas de empleo, metodologías de Talento & Desarrollo, cultura, entre otros).
Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado (conversacional).
Competencias: Capacidad de Análisis, Pensamiento Estratégico, Comunicación asertiva, Liderazgo, Impacto e influencia.
