Role Overview

You will support Experian Health by delivering data-driven insights and continuous improvement across core HR processes. You will work with HRBPs and business leaders to accomplish talent plans, enhance HR processes, and provide relevant workforce analytics.

We design this position as a growth path into an HR Business Partner role. The Senior HR Generalist will gain exposure to strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and executive support while building expertise in HR operations, analytics, and program execution. You will report into the Sr. HRBP Director

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across core HR processes (performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, onboarding, offboarding)
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve service delivery and employee experience.
  • Standardize documentation, workflows, and governance to guide consistency and compliance.
  • Develop, run, and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, engagement, performance, diversity metrics, workforce trends).
  • Translate data into clear insights and visual summaries for HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Help accomplish end-to-end people initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and change plans.
  • Provide guidance on daily employee relations matters, escalating complex issues.
  • Support investigations, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Partner with managers to promote performance management best practices.
  • Support adoption of AI-enabled HR tools (e.g., talent analytics, reporting automation, productivity tools).
  • Stay informed on new HR technology trends and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in workforce planning and organizational design discussions

Experience and Skills

  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or other related field
  • 3+ years experience running HR reports and interpreting workforce data.
  • Expertise in process improvement and operational optimization.
  • Experience using HRIS systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or HR technology programs preferred.
  • Experience with employee relations and employment practices.
  • Experience in healthcare, technology, SaaS, or matrixed environments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. We list the base pay range for this position above. Within this range, work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education determine individual pay.
