Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing Experian Digital Workplace RDE Team. This is a permanent role, and have a dedicated and fun team of people who are a pleasure to work with and highly motivated to serve our users and improve our product

 What you’ll be doing

• ·        Responsible for design and development of new applications and enhancements/maintains to current applications perform on projects of moderate to high complexity that impact multiple departments, systems, or work flows
• ·        Document data flow, data mappings, calculations, and flowchart for all the processes of developed tool. Enhance, maintain, processes which build analytic data assets.
• ·        Automate and improve commonly conducted analysis and calculations, and strategy development
• ·        Responsible for all project lifecycle phases, from specifications and coding through deployment, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance
• ·        Develop solution in web application to implement business requirements
• ·        Communicate with teams members and implementation specialists
• ·        Test and maintain software products to optimize functionality
• ·        Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
• ·        Work independently and multi-task effectively
• ·        Be willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
• ·        Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
• ·        Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure feasibility and clarity for the development team.
• ·        Communicate progress, risks, and blockers effectively to stakeholders.

• ·        Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
• ·        The ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment and respond under ambiguous situations
• ·        Good analytical and problem-solving skills, unfaltering attention to detail, and highly logical and numerate
• ·        A continuous improvement mind-set and experience in process improvement will be an added advantage

 More about you

• ·        Bachelors in Computer Science or related area
• ·        Experience in working with web application designs using .NET Framework & .NET Core. This also include front-end UI Design with .NET Technologies.
• ·        C#.NET Developer with at least 10+ years of experience
• ·        Experience in Web application design using Blazor, MVC, MVVM
• ·        Front-end web design with Razor, Angular, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS
• ·        Experience in 3rd party API integration and development (application programming interface) to integrate Salesforce and Oracle EBS
• ·        Strong knowledge of databases, including MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• ·        Expert in database design, writing complex SQL Queries, Stored procedures, and preparing DDLs and DMLs. Knowledge of Entity Framework.
• ·        Experience in Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure will be a great advantage.
• ·        Experience in CI/CD pipelines will be a great advantage.
• ·        Proven background in completing projects under aggressive financial and time constraints
• ·        Excellent people skills with proven track record of working with remote stakeholders effectively. Demonstrable experience of cross-cultural working is essential.
• ·        Written and oral fluency in English
• ·        Preferred, but not required, is previous experience building and working with financial tools and systems
