Role Overview

You will serve as the primary finance and analytics partner for productivity and transformation initiatives within the North America transformation portfolio. Partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders, the role develops measures productivity benefits, ongoing reporting and analytics, provides financial insights, and workforce strategies, that support transformation goals.

The position leads productivity measurement and modeling, benefit validation, scenario analysis, and executive reporting, while supporting planning activities and identifying opportunities across workforce optimization, AI and automation, operating model improvements, and other transformation initiatives.

This is a remote position. You will report to the VP, Head of VISTA - Operational Excellence & AI Transformation.

You will have opportunity to:

  • Lead financial analysis and governance for workforce productivity and transformation initiatives.
  • Build business cases, scenario models, and benefit tracking for workforce and productivity programs.
  • Align workforce and productivity outcomes with budgets, forecasts, and financial performance measures.
  • Facilitate annual strategic and budget planning on our organizational productivity and transformation targets.
  • Develop models that connect labor costs, productivity, service levels, AI adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Assess workforce impacts of AI, automation, and operating model changes, including redeployment and reinvestment opportunities.
  • Facilitate and deliver executive reporting, analytics, and recommendations on productivity and transformation performance.
  • Manage reporting processes, dashboards, data quality, and analytics resources supporting transformation initiatives.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, workforce analytics, business transformation, or related areas.
  • Experience building financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and benefit validation frameworks.
  • Experience measuring and reporting productivity, cost optimization, workforce, or transformation outcomes.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning concepts such as capacity planning, location strategy, role design, and operating models.
  • Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders on workforce or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading technology-enabled transformation programs involving AI, automation, analytics, or digital solutions.
  • Can deal with ambiguity and has experience managing, coaching, or leading analysts, reporting resources, or cross-functional project teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
