Overview

Experian's Global Identity & Fraud portfolio helps protect digital interactions across financial services and other industries. Digital Intelligence encompasses device, behavioral, agent and network-risk signals that support fraud detection and real-time decisioning.

As Senior Director, Digital Intelligence, you will oversee the global product portfolio end to end, including signal strategy, collection technologies, APIs and data contracts. You will set the roadmap, lead product managers across regions, and be accountable for detection outcomes, customer adoption and commercial performance. This is a remote position. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • Set the global vision, strategy and roadmap for Digital Intelligence across web, mobile and API products, with measurable goals for coverage, detection performance and latency.
  • Define how device, behavioral, agent and network-risk signals are collected, scored and delivered into Experian's orchestration and decisioning products.
  • Lead the SDK, tag, mobile collection and API roadmap, including versioning, migration and deprecation practices that support stable customer integrations.
  • Guide detection strategy for bot abuse, account takeover, synthetic identity and new-account fraud using device, behavioral and network signals.
  • Advance agent intelligence by distinguishing legitimate automated agents, genuine users and malicious automation across onboarding, login and payment journeys.
  • Lead a multi-region product management team and align global partners on shared roadmap priorities, governance and product standards.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Privacy, Legal and go-to-market teams to balance coverage, accuracy, latency, consent and regulatory requirements across markets.
  • Own portfolio adoption, retention, attributable revenue, pricing and packaging, while using AI-assisted discovery, prototyping and evaluation practices to improve product decisions and delivery.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including experience leading product teams or product leaders.
  • Experience overseeing or building a device intelligence, device-fingerprinting or SDK-based signal product at scale.
  • Experience building device and network-risk capabilities, including device reputation or fingerprinting and IP, proxy, VPN, TOR, connection or ASN risk signals.
  • Hands-on product experience with behavioral and device signals such as spoofing, emulator, virtual-machine or headless-browser detection and signal stability over time.
  • Product experience in fraud prevention covering areas such as bot abuse, account takeover, synthetic identity or new-account fraud.
  • Experience defining or evaluating AI-powered product capabilities, including agent or tool-use workflows, evaluation frameworks, guardrails and human oversight.
  • Experience working with globally distributed product, engineering, data science, legal/privacy and go-to-market teams.
  • Experience owning commercial outcomes for a product portfolio, such as adoption, retention, revenue, pricing or packaging.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
