We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Sales Trainer & Program Manager to lead our Sales Rotational Program, a high-impact initiative designed to develop early-career talent into the next generation of sales leaders. This role blends hands-on sales training with program ownership, offering a unique opportunity to shape both the learning experience and the career trajectory of high-potential talent.

You’ll be the architect and facilitator of onboarding and training for roles such as Business Development Representatives and Client Support Specialists, while also managing the full lifecycle of the rotational program across sales functions, geographies, and customer segments.

Sales Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver engaging, learner-centered training programs that build core sales skills, product knowledge, and customer acumen.
  • Facilitate onboarding for early-career sales roles, creating scalable frameworks that reduce ramp time and drive consistent performance.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Support leaders to ensure training is aligned to business needs and role-specific success metrics.
  • Continuously assess skill gaps and performance trends to evolve training content and delivery methods.

Rotational Program Leadership

  • Own the strategy, structure, and execution of the Sales Rotational Program, ensuring it delivers meaningful, growth-oriented experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to identify impactful rotation assignments and stretch projects.
  • Manage program logistics including onboarding, rotation planning, mentorship pairings, and performance tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, mentors, and business leaders, fostering engagement and alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate communications and feedback loops to ensure clarity, preparedness, and momentum throughout the program.
  • Track KPIs such as retention, promotion rates, ramp time, and satisfaction to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to executive sponsors and HR leadership.
  • Champion innovation in learning by exploring new tools, platforms, and methodologies.

    Experience and Skills

    • 5+ years of experience in professional development, B2B sales, sales leadership, change management, and instructional design
    • Proven ability to translate business needs into creative learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes
    • Experience in developing and delivering training programs in both virtual and in-person environments
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others
    • Strong storytelling and visual design skills; familiarity with tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
    • Comfortable analyzing data, measuring performance, and assessing the impact of development interventions
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
