The Sales Operations Manager will help lead an operations team in Costa Rica. This individual will work closely with the Sales Operations Team Supervisors, Sales Operations Manager, as well to ensure there is consistency across teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and develop the Sales Operations department tasked with supporting the overall new business sales process
  • Lead a team of supervisors to ensure effective management and development within the department
  • Partner with leaders in both Sales and Sales Operations to strategize and develop initiatives to support the sales process
  • Ensure that the team is achieving established goals through setting and managing team KPIs
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to achieve conversion rate goals
  • Project management of tickets created and A/B testing of new processes for Sales and Sales Operations teams
  • Lead efforts to further streamline the quoting process to drive conversion rate improvements
  • Use data and analysis to inform operational decisions that support overall objectives
  • Ensure that team budgets are effectively utilized to foster a positive team culture through engaging activities and team-building events

Experience and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in leading sales, business development, or lead generation in a call center or virtual working environment
  • Proven ability to define, track, and optimize KPIs to drive results
  • You have experience with cross functional project management
  • Proven track record of successfully generating and converting leads into sales in a B2B or B2C environment
  • You have knowledge of managing international teams
  • Experience with organizational communication strategies
  • Track record of solving problems through data-driven analysis and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in articulating ideas clearly and concisely through both verbal and written channels
