Resourcing Lead - Client Delivery

Experian Information Technology Services are looking for proactive and strategic Resourcing Lead (for UKI Client Delivery) to lead the end- to-end resource management process across the sales-to-delivery lifecycle across UK&I This role is critical in ensuring that resource supply aligns with project demand, allowing delivery outcomes while optimizing utilization and workforce planning.

As a Resource Lead, you will be accountable for the end-to-end planning of a complex portfolio, ensuring understanding of client expectations, our goals, and financial targets. Your leadership will help guide consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across all delivery streams.

You will have a background in Software delivery, Identity and Fraud (ID&F), Credit Verification Service (CVS), customer experience and building senior client relationships.

This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition for clients as they integrate our Software, ID&F and CVS products into their operations. You will plan the demand of the pipeline and all aspects of Client delivery, ensuring seamless understanding of our goals.

This is a hybrid, Nottingham based position reporting to the Regional Delivery Director

Important Responsibilities:-

Pipeline Management:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to forecast upcoming demand based on pipeline visibility.
  • Translate sales opportunities into resource requirements and timelines.

Resource Planning & Allocation:

  • Maintain a real-time view of resource availability, skills, and capacity.
  • Match resources to projects based on skillset, availability, and priorities.
  • Identify and work with the Regional Delivery Director to address resource gaps through recruitment, contractor engagement, or internal mobility.

Partner Engagement:

  • Be an important liaison between Sales, Delivery, HR, and Recruitment teams.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on resource health and delivery readiness.

Data & Reporting:

  • Develop dashboards and reports on resource use, forecast accuracy, and delivery capacity.
  • Use data to guide decisions and continuous improvement in resource planning processes

Process Improvement:

  • Implement and refine resourcing processes, and governance to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Advocate for best practices in workforce planning and resource management.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in resource management, workforce planning and operations
  • within a delivery-focused environment
  • Proven experience managing and scaling delivery teams.
  • Excellent partner management skills.
  • Work with teams from different cultures and backgrounds
  • Experience with project lifecycle and delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile,Waterfall).
  • Experience in forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in resource planning tools (e.g., Keyedin, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Desirable - a background in decisioning software & ID&F
