Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage direct-to-consumer projects, including road mapping, scope management, scheduling and team coordination, risk management, project quality, and delivery satisfaction. You will ensure projects are completed on time while meeting expectations of our primary partners.

You will work in an Agile environment with diverse teams, executives, and outside vendors. Transparency, collaboration, and adaptability are key to success in this role. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Director of Project Management.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the measurable success of project development as a project manager
  • Participate in Agile project planning to create timelines and milestones across multiple teams (internal and external)
  • Document and manage cross-team dependencies to keep projects on track
  • Provide clear status updates to partners verbally and in writing
  • Facilitate project conversations between team members
  • Escalate risks, roadblocks, or issues promptly
  • Manage 3rd-party vendors or partners to guide cross-department project dependencies
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up, grooming, planning, retrospective, and scrum-of-scrums
  • Contribute to a culture of process improvement and eliminating waste

Experience and Skills

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in software project management or a related role
  • Experience working on direct-to-consumer or enterprise-level projects
  • Familiarity with Agile development principles and process improvement
  • Experience using Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
