Project Manager

Role Summary

The Technology Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology projects across the EMEA and APAC regions. The role manages projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality and business outcomes. Working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors and senior leadership, the Project Manager drives governance, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures technology solutions deliver measurable business value.

Job purpose

Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in alignment with business objectives while maintaining strong governance, stakeholder engagement and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

o Lead multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation through to operational handover.

o Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps.

o Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.

o Manage project execution ensuring delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.

o Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across multiple countries and time zones.

· Stakeholder Management

o Build trusted relationships with business sponsors, technology teams and business leaders.

o Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees and reporting.

o Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks and decisions effectively.

· Risk, Governance & Financial Management

o Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.

o Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.

o Ensure projects comply with organisational governance, security, architecture and regulatory requirements.

o Escalate delivery risks appropriately and recommend mitigation strategies.

· Delivery Excellence

o Champion Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies where appropriate.

o Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

o Support PMO reporting, governance standards and portfolio management activities.

o Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through automation and AI-enabled project management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years' experience managing technology projects.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, security, cloud or enterprise technology implementations.
• Demonstrated success managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
• (Preferred) PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.
• (Preferred) Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, AgilePM or similar).
